Thank you for your interest in the Rooftop Fire Defense System.
Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive:
1 Rooftop Fire Defense Unit
- 30 feet of feeder pipe
- 4 ball bungee's
- 1 screw hook (for storage)
- 1 locking clamp
- 1 pair of grip gloves (feeder pipe installation)
Shipping charges are based on weight for the Rooftop Fire Defense System and actual weight for the feeder pipe. Your order will be delivered VIA FedEx ground to the address you designate on the order form.
The Rooftop Fire Defense System includes shipping and handling in the Continental United States.
The Rooftop Fire Defense System is available for shipping within 5 to 7 days of receiving your paid order. It is possible that product shortage from the manufacturer, transportation problems, labor disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances could affect delivery times. You will be notified by email or other means if a delay is anticipated. If we are unable to ship within 45 days, with your approval, payment will be refunded and the order cancelled. Please note that during the peak of wildfire season, the Rooftop Fire Defense System may become unavailable. Please call for availability.
Any shortage, damage or error in shipment should be reported to us immediately upon receipt of your unit – and at least within 10 days after delivery. All packages should be carefully inspected for visible damage prior to acceptance. If damage is detected, the packages should be refused or the damage noted when signing for receipt of the packages. Failure to follow this procedure may void any claim.
